LLM Helper — Support

LLM Helper is a control panel for running AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor CLI, OpenAI Codex, Google Gemini, and more) on your own remote servers over SSH.

For questions, bug reports, or feature requests, email info@upg.gr. Please include your macOS version and, if relevant, a description of the server/OS you're connecting to.

Common issues

• SSH commands fail with "Operation not permitted". Open the app's Settings tab and grant (or re-grant) access to your home folder / SSH key location.
• Can't connect to a server. Confirm you can ssh to it from Terminal using the same host, user, and key first — LLM Helper uses your existing SSH configuration.
